Internet Troubleshooting Tips

If you are unable to add more than one item to your shopping cart, more than likely your Internet Options Privacy setting is restricting cookies, making it difficult for your browser to remember what you have previously clicked on. To troubleshoot this problem:

  1. In Internet Explorer, click at the top toolbar on "Tools," then select "Internet Options."
  2. It will open a window with tabs at the top. Select "Privacy."
  3. At the bottom, below the word "Websites," click on the button "Edit."
  4. Enter the address of the website you would like to order from at the blank for "Address of Website." You may enter any of our sites containing "Add to Cart" links, such as DrClarkBooks.com. Then click "Allow."
  5. Click "OK" and see if this procedure makes a difference.
  6. If it still does not work, try restarting your computer. It's possible system changes do not take place until the computer is restarted.
